From enquiry to appointment
Your enquiry
Tell me which treatment interests you and when would suit you best. A first name or an initial is enough. All I really need is a way to reach you.
Confirmation
You receive a reply with everything you need to know about your appointment. Any open questions we settle beforehand, unhurried.
Your appointment
At the agreed time I come to you and set everything up calmly. I allow ample time for setting up and preparing; your booked treatment time only begins once everything is ready.
At your home or your hotel
Everything for your appointment is taken care of. All you need is a suitable, undisturbed room; I bring the rest with me.
What Aurora brings

- A soft blanket for resting afterwards
- Pre-warmed massage oils, unscented on request
- Quiet music, if you would like it
What should be there on the day
- Roughly two by two metres of clear floor space
- A power socket nearby
- Somewhere to wash hands
- An undisturbed atmosphere for the agreed time
Travel and area covered
Within Hamburg, travel is already included in the price. Outside Hamburg a surcharge applies according to the distance, and you will of course be told the amount beforehand.
Answered briefly
Do I need to prepare anything?
Almost nothing. Roughly two by two metres of clear space and a quiet setting are enough. I bring everything else with me.
How long do setting up and packing away take?
Allow around 20 to 30 minutes in total on top. Your booked treatment time is unaffected by it.
Does this work in a hotel as well?
Yes. Just let me know with your enquiry that your appointment is to take place in a hotel. We can settle everything else beforehand.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash on the day, whichever you prefer.
