Travel and area covered
Within Hamburg, travel is already included in the price. Outside Hamburg a surcharge applies according to the distance, and you will of course be told the amount beforehand.
Payment
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash on the day, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Plans change sometimes. If you would like to move or cancel your appointment, please let me know as early as you can. We will gladly find a new date together.
Up to 48 hours beforehand you can cancel or reschedule free of charge.
